We are seeking a dedicated Floor Host to join our team. As Floor Host, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring activity, preventing loss, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position is for Friday nights plus special events.

We are looking for charismatic, physically fit individuals who are "strong enough to be gentle". Ideal candidates will have unlimited patience, self-control and a talent for non-violent conflict resolution. Previous experience is an asset, but training will be provided for those selected.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the club and assist guests with any security requests.
• Assist guests during any accidents or emergency situations.
• Follow all LGCA guidelines and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Possess Smart Choices Certification.
• Possess First AID/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
